    Ninhao! Welcome to Chengdu. You will be collected from the airport and transferred to your hotel. If you arrive with time to spare, China’s most eisure city truly has it all. You may like to check out the Wide and Narrow Alleys, or perhaps head out to Jinli Ancient Street, the representative of Chengdu's leisure life. You can find all kinds of handicraft articles and snack foods there. Chengdu's culinary scene is also deliciously diverse, and after your welcome meeting you will head out with your guide for your first taste. Dine at a wonderful restaurant specialising in Sichuan hotpot and celebrate the beginning of a new adventure.

  • Day2 Chengdu/Wolong/Siguniangshan

    Activities for today: Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base

    After hotel breakfast, we will drive about 4 hours to Siguniangshan (formerly Rilong Town), a small town in Xiaojin County in the Ngawa Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan province. It is a main base for visiting Wolong Giant Panda Nature Reserve and Mount Siguniang. We will visit Wolong Shenshuping Panda Base (Wolong China Giant Panda Garden) before arriving in the town.

  • Day3 Mount Siguniang

    Activities for today: Shuangqiao Valley, Changping Valley

    This morning, we will take the park sightseeing car to visit Shuangqiao Valley. On returning to the entrance, you can choose to walk along the sightseeing plank road to visit the valley.

    Shuangqiao Valley
    Shuangqiao Valley is located in northwest Siguniang Town, total length of 34.8 km, covers an area of 216.6 square km. On both sides are mountains. At an altitude of 400 meters, Shuangqiao Valley has both common birch grove of low mountain area, and also spruces, fir, and redwood, and patches of sea buckthorn, shrubs, and larch of high mountain area.

    This afternoon, walk along the sightseeing plank road in Changping Valley. If weather permits, you can see the four peaks of the Mount Siguniang on the way. It takes 4-5 hours for a walking round-trip.You can also walk 7 km to Kushutan (lit. Withered Tree Shoal) and then return to the entrance.

    Changping Valley is located in northeast Siguniang Town, 29 km in all, occupies an area of 100 square km, and is one of the main scenic spots of Mount Siguniang. There is not only beautiful natural scenery, and more unique Gyalrong Tibetan folk customs. The main attractions are Zhangmu Tibetan Village, the Gelug sect lamaseries, ancient cypress path, etc.

    Activities for today: Haizi Valley

    Today trek into Haizi Valley. At Guozhuangping, a big lawn at an elevation of 3,400 m, we can see the highest peak of Mount Siguniang from a close distance. The peak is called Yāomèi Fēng (peak of the youngest sister), also known as the "Queen of Sichuan's peaks", standing at 6,250 m. We will spend 5-6 hours on trekking in the valley.

    Haizi Valley is located in the east of Siguniang Town. The valley is 19.2 km long, covers an area of 126.48 square kilometers, the scenic spot is empty flat, and there are native meadows. Here is the birthplace of Zanla River, the ancient fish from the quaternary are kept up to now, become a living fossil that people can learn about the land. The main tourist attractions are in Guozhuangping, Big Lake, Flower Lake, Blue Lake and other alpine lakes etc.

Private Transfers:
Between airports / railway station, hotels and scenic spots while sightseeing in the cities specified in the itinerary by the private air conditioned vehicle with driver and English-speaking guide. Separate arrivals and departures will incur extra charges.
Entrance fees:
All entrance fees to scenic spots as listed above in the itinerary. The final arrangement will be determined by local tour guides based on the local circumstances which are beyond the control of LocalChengduTours. ZTG will adhere to the original itinerary as accurately as possible.
Meals:
All meals as specified in the itinerary. “B” stands for western breakfast “L” for Chinese Lunch in local Chinese restaurant. “D” for Chinese dinner in local Chinese restaurant. The quotation is basic on the above normal meals. If you have any special request about meals, like vegetarian, or Indian food etc, please inform us in advance.

Normal sightseeing activities as outlined in the Itinerary will be escorted with English-speaking guide.
The English-speaking guide and driver of each city accompany you throughout the entire tour in that city. They do not fly with you from one city to another.

Service based on two adults sharing on one standard twin/double-bed room (cabin); solo travelers or those who want to occupy one twin/double-bed room/cabin of their own are required to pay additional charge of single supplement rate. A single room (cabin) is subject to availability based on prior request at an additional cost; if the recommended hotel is not available, it will be substituted by a similar class one.
