Bifengxia Giant Panda Base is a giant panda research and breeding facility in Bifengxia Town, Ya'an City, Sichuan, China. It is a branch of the China Conservation and Research Center for the Giant Panda. Currently there are 58 total enclosures at Bifengxia and has grown to about 144 staff members. The base has embraced it’s growing role in the survival of the giant panda. The pandas have trained staff on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On this one day panda volunteer program, you will have opportunity to feed pandas, take care of panda bears, make panda food, clean panda enclosures...
